Je recommande à 100% le 7 Muay Thai Gym ! Vous y trouverez des entraînements efficients et adaptés à tout niveau. Vous pourrez bénéficier des conseils de sportifs professionnels internationaux tels que Mathias Gallo, de l’expertise de Roberto qui a plus de 30 ans d’expériences du Muay Thai, ainsi que des coachs thaïlandais qui vivent au camp. Le lieu étant situé dans un lieu tranquille vous pourrez vous consacrer pleinement à vos entraînements, et ce de manière sécurisé car l’état du camp est PROPRE et irréprochable! La nourriture thaï servie 3 fois par jour est délicieuse, adaptée aux goûts des occidentaux. Si vous avez bien travaillé durant vos entraînements vous aurez le droit à un plat italien le vendredi soir! PS: Pour ceux qui ont du mal à communiquer en anglais, l’un des managers parle français 😉

If your thinking of improving your Muay Thai or if you are just a beginner then this is the place to go and train.. The first few days are extremely hard as your body adjusts to the hard training twice a day, the running at 6am and the clean food.. I was at the camp for just over two weeks and I lost 10kg in weight and came away a new person.. The staff and resident fighters are so friendly and helpful.. Da neofita dell’arte Muay Thai: son stato 3 settimane e mi sono trovato benissimo, allenamento supervalido con maestri preparati e campioni sempre pronti a darti consigli, ma con l’umiltà che contraddistingue le grandi persone. Il posto è distante il giusto da luoghi turistici e di svago, ma con tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza, per permettere una esperienza focalizzata sull’allenamento fisico e spirituale senza distrazioni. La compagnia che ho trovato è stata ottima, principalmente composta da italiani e spagnoli. 5 stelle solo perchè non posso darne 6

Was an amazing experience!! The Muay Thai gym is run by a lovely Italian family. Very professional Thai coaches and all the pro-fighters were welcoming and gave useful tips. Here you will receive high quality personal coaching, does not matter if you are completely new to Muay Thai or are an experienced fighter. This place is a must visit and will be an unforgettable memory.

Ho passato una bella settimana alla 7 Muay thai. Adatta anche a chi come me non è un fighter ma solo un appassionato. Ottimi insegnanti, gruppo fantastico e intorno un posto da sogno lontano dal caos delle città.

War richtig cool, mein erstes Muay Thai Training und es hat mega Spaß gemacht! Es hat mir auch ne krasse Energie gegeben und durch die sehr offene Location fühlt man sich beim Training fast so, als wäre man in der Natur! Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder vorbei!
