Jag har tränat på ett stort antal gym runt om i Thailand (Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Chang, Krabi osv). 7MuayThai är med all säkerhet ett av de allra bästa som jag tränat på. Träningen är hård och diciplinerad. Vill man träna Muay Thai seriöst så kan jag verkligen rekommendera 7MuayThai!
Ho passato una bella settimana alla 7 Muay thai. Adatta anche a chi come me non è un fighter ma solo un appassionato. Ottimi insegnanti, gruppo fantastico e intorno un posto da sogno lontano dal caos delle città.
Je recommande à 100% le 7 Muay Thai Gym ! Vous y trouverez des entraînements efficients et adaptés à tout niveau. Vous pourrez bénéficier des conseils de sportifs professionnels internationaux tels que Mathias Gallo, de l’expertise de Roberto qui a plus de 30 ans d’expériences du Muay Thai, ainsi que des coachs thaïlandais qui vivent au camp. Le lieu étant situé dans un lieu tranquille vous pourrez vous consacrer pleinement à vos entraînements, et ce de manière sécurisé car l’état du camp est PROPRE et irréprochable! La nourriture thaï servie 3 fois par jour est délicieuse, adaptée aux goûts des occidentaux. Si vous avez bien travaillé durant vos entraînements vous aurez le droit à un plat italien le vendredi soir! PS: Pour ceux qui ont du mal à communiquer en anglais, l’un des managers parle français 😉
Si vous souhaitez vous entrainer durement dans une très bonne ambiance c’est là qu’il faut être.
Votre condition physique et votre mental seront mis à l’épreuve par des entraineurs professionnels.

Mi sono fermata al 7 Muay Thai Gym & Beach Resort diversi giorni durante un bellissimo viaggio in Thailandia. Quello che mi ha colpito è l’autenticità del posto e l’assoluta dedizione alla Muay Thai degli istruttori e di tutto lo staff che considera questa disciplina non solo uno sport, ma una vera e propria scuola di vita. Una palestra per il futuro per imparare a difendersi e a combattere ma rispettando l’avversario, giocando anche di intelligenza e strategia e non solo di muscoli. Ho imparato tanto anche dal punto di vista alimentare che è un aspetto a cui tengono molto in questo resort. Poche distrazioni, molta sostanza. E la sera una bella nuotata in piscina o al mare che è a poche centinaia di metri. Soldi ben spesi.
