Description
All private sessions include:
- warm-up
- hand wrapping
- pad work with the trainer
- Muay Thai training program
- stretching
To students who are looking to improve a certain technique or a specific aspect of Muay Thai, we suggest to inform the staff/management in advance so that the trainer can be instructed, and one’s goal can be met.
This promotion can be utilized by one person for six hours of private training OR by a group of size not exceeding six people for the length of one hour.
Note: classes included in this promotions are available from Monday to Saturday and only on certain times of the day.
